The NHS had nothing to offer…

…luckily our GP had heard of Vitality360 and suggested we contact them (privately). The diagnosis kept changing but the symptoms were always the same, so a diagnosis was irrelevant. Vitality360 were a guiding beacon at a very isolated, confusing time; somehow we never felt desperate, just confused, with nowhere to turn to, until we met Charlie.

Charlie was a perfect match for my son and completely understood how to teach, guide, support and be a friend to both of us. When he began the programme, he was struggling with his memory, and fatigue and exhaustion were extreme; standing up, talking and eating were too hard for him to complete. Charlie was there providing information and a structure based on scientific reasoning which gave us a place to start from and build on. She broke tasks down, negotiated new targets and adapted them when they weren’t possible. This involved designing timetables, building up toolkits and devising strategies on how to cope with visits from friends for example. The weekly Skype calls felt like a beacon that guided and shaped our weeks and months. He was even able to get up onstage as a musician and perform for 30 minutes in front of a full to capacity crowd as a result of this programme.

I think the 15-session programme is well priced. Yes, it’s a decision to pay out that amount of money, but it’s the best investment we have made. My son has his life back with many tips and a toolkit learnt from Charlie that will shape his life forever.
