What does it involve?
At Vitality360 we provide a bespoke approach which enables us to tailor the interventions to fit your needs.
We will explore your work/education history and gain an understanding of the impact of your health on capacity.
We will help you understand your motivators and needs from work.
We can provide you with a framework to make career choices.
We can complete a transferable skills analysis.
We then identify next steps supported by labour market information.
What’s included ?
Three 1 hour sessions with our expert
Three hours for research and report writing
A comprehensive report which identifies a vocational goal, suitable career options and detailed information about job role, salary, training requirements/costs and a local labour market analysis.
The report includes costed recommendations for any additional assistance required such as support, training, vocational counselling/coaching, CV development, interview preparation etc. to address any barriers and facilitate a sustained return to work into alternative employment.

Amanda is our Career and Employment Consultant, who for over twenty years has supported people to identify their career goals and work towards them in a positive, solution-focused way. She has worked in a wide range of settings including the voluntary sector and statutory services.
She has a passion for supporting people with persistent symptoms find and sustain work that not only matches their knowledge skills and experience but is also good for their health.
