10 things to improve vitality this winter

As part of our 10-year anniversary as a rehabilitation provider in the field of fatigue and pain, creating unexpected vitality and healthy futures for over 750 clients to date, we wanted to share our suggestions for improving vitality this winter:

  1. Prioritise simple pleasures

  2. Eat a balanced diet including plenty of vitamin C, D and zinc

  3. Get some sunshine or a sunlight simulator

  4. Take time to stop

  5. Discover restorative rest

  6. Be outdoors

  7. Do something physically active

  8. Turn off social media, put away your phone for an unplugged spell

  9. Notice the small moments of beauty
